Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Operator for a hotel, responsible for facility management, general maintenance, and logistical support for events. Key Highlights: 1. Logistical support for events First-level Maintenance Officer for a 5-star hotel in central Madrid, with prior experience in hotels. Immediate start. Job Description Offer Duration: Until 29/11/2025 Responsibilities: General Maintenance Operator to join the hotel team. Responsibilities include managing general facilities, performing general maintenance, addressing alerts or incidents, and providing logistical support for events. Requirements Minimum Requirements: General knowledge of building and facility maintenance tasks, including water systems, electricity, painting, etc. Desirable Requirements: Additional specific knowledge of any particular facility system. Required Knowledge: As outlined above, plus basic use of tools and user-level computer terminals. Academic Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and/or vocational training (FP) in a related field. Years of Industry Experience: 5 to 10 years. Hotel experience is desirable. Offer Salary Range: €1,600 net per month Working Hours: Rotating shifts and days — morning or afternoon shift; working hours between 8:00 and 23:00. Two rotating days off per week. Contract Type: Permanent, intermittent, indefinite contract.
