At present, we need to hire a Social Integration Technician for our residence in Villaviciosa de Odón. Social Integration Technician (Weekends) – La Veguilla Residence, Villaviciosa de Odón, Community of Madrid. From our residence, we seek a Social Integration Technician with vocation and commitment to promote leisure and free time for people with intellectual disabilities. Shift to cover – Afternoon shift. Job objectives: Organize meaningful leisure activities both inside and outside the center. Promote active participation, socialization, and enjoyment of free time. Foster residents' autonomy and emotional well-being. Coordinate with the technical team to plan and evaluate activities. Requirements: Higher Technician Diploma in Social Integration (mandatory). Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. Proactive attitude, empathy, and ability to work in a team.
