We strongly believe in professional and personal development. **What are we looking for?** We seek to incorporate into our team a **Site Manager** in **Getafe**, to support the Operations team in implementing improvements and managing specific services/projects. The selected candidate must have experience handling Power BI, as well as macros, AI-driven improvement support, and experience in new IT application projects. **Responsibilities:** * Management and monitoring of requirements for assigned service(s). * Support for cross-functional projects: professional profiles, coordination projects, etc. * Addressing customer needs. * Ensuring service quality and analyzing non-conformities. * Monitoring and executing actions arising from audit action plans. * Supporting digitalization and automation of service-related information. * Supporting improvement projects (Artificial Intelligence, new IT applications, etc.). * Ensuring economic viability of assigned services: Gross Margin, productivity, billing, etc. **Requirements:** * Education: Higher education degree in engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the aerospace sector. * Proficiency in Excel and macros, Power BI, and AI knowledge. * English language level B2\. * Immediate availability to join. * Personal vehicle for commuting. * Competencies: leadership ability, teamwork, organization, results orientation, capacity to manage workloads. **Want to know more?** We belong to a sector-leading company with over 20 years of experience in quality and engineering.
