**Geriatric Care Worker – TCAE (Begon Cerro de los Ángeles Residence)** Do you have a vocation for caring for elderly people and are you seeking stability in a professional and human environment? At **Begon Cerro de los Ángeles Residence**, we are looking to expand our team in Perales del Río (Getafe). **What responsibilities will you have?** Your role will be essential in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents, including: * **Direct care:** Comprehensive accompaniment and support for residents. * **Support with ADLs:** Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (personal hygiene, feeding, and mobilization). * **Monitoring and documentation:** Tracking incidents and maintaining daily records to ensure coordinated care. **Minimum requirements** To join our team, you must meet the following criteria: * **Formal qualification:** Intermediate Vocational Training Diploma in Nursing Assistance (TCAE) or Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare Support for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * **Experience:** Prior experience in residential care settings is valued, although your attitude and empathy are most important. * **Availability:** Immediate start. **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** €1,220 gross per month \+ **Holiday bonus**. * **Stable schedules:** Two fixed shifts available (to be agreed upon according to needs): * **Morning shift:** 07:55–15:00. * **Afternoon shift:** 14:55–22:00. * **Location:** Perales del Río (Getafe, Madrid). * **Work environment:** Join a cohesive team focused on high-quality care.
