DESCRIPTION Quality ETT is seeking production profiles to join a company operating in the meat sector, participating in the manufacturing processes of both Burger and Retail products. Responsibilities * Participate in the **Burger and Retail** production processes, following manufacturing instructions. * Safely and efficiently operate production machinery and equipment. * Comply with standards for **quality, hygiene, and food safety**. * Perform quality controls and traceability checks according to established procedures. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene of facilities and equipment. * Correctly use personal protective equipment and comply with safety regulations. * Identify and report malfunctions in equipment or processes. * Follow internal procedures and **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** Requirements: Minimum **2 years’ experience in similar positions**. Experience in the **meat or food industry** will be valued. Knowledge of **meat handling**, especially for the Burger area, is desirable. Commitment to **food safety** and adherence to procedures.
