Your mission will be to **define and execute the company’s global procurement and subcontracting strategy**, negotiating strategic agreements, retaining key suppliers, and leading the Make-or-Buy policy in coordination with Operations Management—ensuring competitive costs, quality, delivery timelines, and innovation across all supply processes. **Who Are We?** At **Mtech Group**, we have spent over 25 years designing, developing, and manufacturing **electrical panels** for sectors such as **energy, renewables, rail, and industry**. Our culture is built on **continuous improvement**, **efficiency**, **innovation**, and the **well-being of the people** who make up the group. **What Will You Do Daily?** * Design and lead the procurement and subcontracting strategy aligned with company objectives. * + Identify and evaluate national and international strategic suppliers, exploring new collaboration opportunities. + Negotiate framework agreements and contracts delivering value in cost, quality, innovation, delivery timelines, and sustainability. + Define the Make-or-Buy strategy together with Operations Management, establishing clear criteria for deciding between in-house production and outsourcing. + Develop and manage partnership relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors, oriented toward joint innovation and long-term collaboration. + Establish policies and standards for supplier and subcontractor qualification, evaluation, and monitoring. + Anticipate supply chain risks and propose mitigation plans. + Drive sustainability and social responsibility initiatives within procurement and subcontracting. + Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Corporate Development to align strategy with business needs. + Represent the company in strategic negotiations and national and international sector forums. **What Are We Looking For?** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * + Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategic procurement leadership and subcontracting management within industrial, energy, or technology sectors. + Proven experience negotiating complex contracts and managing relationships with international suppliers and subcontractors. + Fluent English (C1) is mandatory; French or other languages are an advantage. + Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. + Strategic business vision, analytical capability, negotiation and influence skills, and strong results orientation. **What Do We Offer?** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours and a work-life balance culture. * Collaborative, cross-functional, and dynamic environment. * Opportunity to join a growing group with strong prospects, where people are placed at the center of decision-making. * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and expertise. **Are You Interested?** Apply directly—and if you know someone who fits, please share it!
