IBEROCHINA is seeking to hire a **Marketing Specialist** to support brand promotion, campaign and event organization, as well as the creation of content targeted at the Spanish market. We are looking for a creative, organized, and solution-oriented individual capable of working in an international environment using both Chinese and Spanish. Responsibilities * Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns. * Coordinate promotions, tastings, events, and in-store activities. * Create and adapt content for social media, promotional materials, and corporate communications. * Collaborate with brands, suppliers, agencies, influencers, and internal teams. * Monitor campaigns, collect results, and prepare reports. * Research market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior. * Support the launch and positioning of new products. * Manage promotional materials and coordinate their distribution. * Participate in communication, branding, and commercial development projects. Requirements * University degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in **Chinese and Spanish** as working languages. * Strong communication, coordination, and writing skills. * Creative, responsible, organized, and results-oriented individual. * Regular use of Microsoft Office. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Availability to support events or promotional activities as needed. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in marketing, trade marketing, social media, or event management. * Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, video editing, or design tools. * Experience collaborating with influencers or creating content. * Knowledge of the food, distribution, retail, or Asian products sectors. * Valid driver's license.
