The **objective** of the Maintenance Technician is to ensure that the center’s facilities are maintained in perfect condition. They must guarantee that all equipment used at the center operates correctly and efficiently. They diagnose and repair malfunctions and carry out periodic maintenance inspections. **What are we looking for?** * Compulsory secondary education graduate * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar position **What will your responsibilities be?** * Strictly comply with established protocols and procedures. * Repair and refurbish the center’s equipment, machinery, and facilities. * Repair and maintain all painting-related aspects of the center. * Maintain and preserve the center’s equipment and devices in optimal condition. * Repair and maintain rooms and common areas. * Rigorously complete all required and stipulated records according to the position and applicable protocols. * Monitor records in accordance with the center’s procedures and protocols. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time working hours * Opportunity to join a growing team If you wish to become part of our large family, don’t hesitate to apply! **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** Minimum education: Compulsory secondary education graduate. Experience: Minimum 6 months in a similar position. We will highly value your knowledge or qualifications in: Swimming Pool Maintenance, Electricity, Plumbing or Gardening, Electromechanical or Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Mechatronics. Attitude: Responsible person, meticulous in following protocols, and capable of teamwork.
