Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to provide customer service in a workshop, managing the receipt and delivery of accident-damaged vehicles, and offering mobility solutions to customers. Dynamic role with direct customer interaction We are looking for a person to provide customer service in Leganés, Madrid. Main responsibilities include receiving vehicles involved in accidents, processing their delivery upon repair completion, and providing customers with replacement, courtesy, or alternative mobility vehicles. Customer needs will be addressed following the service center coordinator’s guidelines and current regulations. A Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Automotive Engineering or a Medium Vocational Training Certificate in Bodywork or Painting is required. Basic knowledge of bodywork damage assessment software, basic Excel proficiency, and intermediate Outlook skills are necessary. A valid Class B2 driving license and prior experience as a receptionist in bodywork workshops or dealerships are mandatory, along with experience in telephone handling and public-facing customer service. A temporary replacement contract with rotating shifts is offered. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:30, from 13:30 to 21:00, or from 9:30 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 18:00\. There is also a shift from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:30 and 15:30 to 19:33\. During August, working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00\.
