**Logistics or Procurement and Supply Manager in Móstoles** This position focuses on providing operational support to launch and develop a new supply chain in Europe. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between external logistics providers and the organization’s internal teams. The professional will participate in budget request management and supplier selection, guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost, and timeline standards. Additionally, they will support daily logistics operations, with particular attention to coordinating international road freight transportation within Europe. A key aspect of the role will be contributing to the implementation and improvement of digital tools for supply chain management. This includes coordinating technological deployment, training users, and optimizing digitized workflows. A solid understanding of procurement and logistics processes is required, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that enhance efficiency. The work environment demands analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. We seek a methodical, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The salary is €29,000 gross per year, with working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The contract is a parental leave replacement. A Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grado Superior), Bachelor’s Degree, or University Degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or Engineering is required. A minimum of two years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is mandatory. An international Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be considered a strong asset. Candidates must possess solid knowledge of international logistics, with particular emphasis on road freight transportation within Europe, and practical experience in managing requests for quotation (RFQ) and supplier selection processes. Proficiency in SAP for procurement and logistics operations is essential, as well as strong familiarity with digital supply chain tools and process implementation. Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders are required.
