Elevate your career to the next level! **OTIS**, the national and global leader in the elevator industry, is hiring a **JUNIOR COMMERCIAL ENGINEER (M/F)** in **MADRID**: As a **JUNIOR COMMERCIAL ENGINEER (M/F)**, **your responsibilities will include**: * Analyzing the existing client portfolio and potential market to identify business opportunities in new construction and building rehabilitation, coordinating with the team to define customer acquisition strategies. * Developing and managing external relationships (developers, contractors, architectural firms, property managers, and community associations) to attract new clients interested in elevator installation. * Managing and tracking all phases of elevator installation projects—from opportunity identification and technical specification (when required) through contracting, execution, and billing. * Conducting project analyses (interpreting blueprints, site visits to construction sites or existing buildings, reviewing technical documentation, assessing installation feasibility, etc.) and preparing customized offers and quotations, ensuring solutions aligned with safety standards, current regulations, energy efficiency, and quality. * Collaborating closely with the technical team in defining, planning, and executing new installation projects, ensuring proper alignment of objectives and maximum customer satisfaction. * Providing specialized technical-commercial advice to clients, supporting them throughout the decision-making process and offering solutions that optimize value, functionality, and regulatory compliance. * Collaborating with the construction execution team to ensure high-quality project delivery while monitoring potential schedule or product deviations requiring cost and/or selling price adjustments. * Participating in regular delegation meetings, as well as any ad hoc meetings where your presence is required, with the primary objective of meeting customer needs and ensuring quality. To succeed in this role, we require: **EDUCATION:** Degree in Architecture or Technical Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or related fields). **EXPERIENCE:** Preferably 1–2 years of experience in industrial sectors, technical project sales, business development, or similar roles. Prior experience in the elevator industry will be viewed favorably. **OFFICE SOFTWARE:** Proficiency in MS Office 365. **LANGUAGES:** English is valued but not mandatory. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid Class B driver’s license is mandatory. * Junior profile with strong interest in professional development in a technical-commercial position. * Ability to learn quickly, customer orientation, and strong communication skills.
