We are expanding and looking for a pastry professional with expertise in display-case desserts, mousses, cakes, tarts, lamination techniques, fermented doughs, and whipped doughs. The company provides training on these specialized doughs. Prior experience and cleanliness are mandatory. Candidates must be able to work under pressure and collaboratively in a positive environment, demonstrating rigor, methodical approach, responsibility, and proactivity.
