Your role: The Vehicle Inspection Engineer will be responsible for managing the service delivery process at the vehicle inspection station they oversee. They will lead, supervise, and organize all operational aspects of the station. Main responsibilities of the Vehicle Inspection Engineer include: * Primary responsibility for the service delivery process at the vehicle inspection station. * Leading any type of station project. * Supervising and organizing station operations. * Reporting to division management on all situations arising at the station, as well as its results. Minimum requirements: * Strong communication skills, structured argumentation, and rigor in interactions. * Teamwork orientation and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with other departments or involved areas. * Leadership capability to supervise and manage the work of their team of vehicle inspectors and administrative staff. * Ability to directly conduct vehicle inspections, validate and verify inspection reports and ITV cards. * Analytical ability, autonomy, and orientation toward completing assigned tasks. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
