Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator for the meat industry with experience in fresh meat handling, sausage production, and packaging, prioritizing hygiene and product quality. We seek a candidate to join the production lines of the meat industry in Casarrubios del Monte. Main responsibilities include fresh meat handling, active participation in sausage and other meat product processing, as well as supervision of packaging and packing. Solid knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations is expected, along with strong attention to detail to ensure product quality. Adaptability to variable work rhythms and willingness to learn new techniques and processes will be valued. We seek a dynamic and proactive individual eager to develop professionally in the agri-food sector. Practical experience and motivation are more important than academic qualifications. A temporary contract with monthly renewals is offered, with potential integration into the permanent workforce. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 15:00, including a one-hour lunch break. The gross hourly wage is €12.38. Proven prior experience in the meat industry is required. Specific experience in sausage production will be positively considered. Dynamism, proactivity, and a mindset oriented toward learning and continuous improvement are required. No specific academic qualification is required; practical experience and motivation to work are prioritized.
