Collaborate side-by-side with colleagues who embrace bold ideas, within a supportive and familiar environment offering all opportunities to balance your professional and personal goals. **Key Account Manager… We’re looking for you!** The Key Account Management role is responsible for managing the assigned Key Accounts portfolio (clients and prospects) and maximizing its value in alignment with strategic and operational objectives defined for the sales area. We seek a KAM who will act as the primary point of contact for all Jungheinrich sales and service departments and ensure cross-selling across clients and prospects (account management). **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan and execute client visits according to segment- and sector-specific targets to maximize market penetration. * Develop, track, negotiate, and close sales opportunities in line with your sales plan objectives, including acquisition of new potential clients. * For decentralized clients, drive and coordinate accounts through regional KAMs or Commercial Technicians in their respective sales zones. * Ensure implementation of action plans established during monthly sales meetings and activity review sessions with the Sales Manager. * Provide consultative sales across all business lines to achieve comprehensive market exploitation and ensure accurate internal communication with relevant departments. * Maintain data quality to enable systematic market processing by recording and updating the database, activities, visits, and client contacts. * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans for assigned clients. * Identify potential clients through market observation, research, and outreach. Strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients via frequent visits to all facilities, engaging valid stakeholders (purchasers, specifiers, logistics personnel). * Monitor and manage commercial activity indicators (KPIs) to correct deviations in account development. * Participate in regional events (e.g., trade fairs, conferences) to increase market penetration. Technical education (e.g., Engineering) is highly valued. * Prior experience leading major accounts. * Advanced English proficiency. * Strong negotiation skills, customer orientation, results-driven mindset, and strategic thinking.
