Opportunity for professional development JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an Elevator Technician Installer to work on installations in residential communities and housing construction projects. The selected candidate will perform both elevator / lift installation and maintenance tasks, participating primarily in projects located in Madrid, with occasional travel to clients outside the Iberian Peninsula. **Main Responsibilities** * Installation and assembly of elevators in new construction and renovation projects * Work in residential communities and residential environments * Electrical work related to elevator installation * Use and care of materials and tools **Geographic Scope** * Primarily in Madrid * Company location: Alcorcón. Daily attendance required there before heading to job sites. * Occasional travel (approximately every 3 months, lasting two or three days) to Mallorca and Marbella **Requirements** * Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in elevator installation * Knowledge of electricity * Experience in structural assembly * Ability to work in teams and on construction sites **Preferred Qualifications** * Additional experience in elevator maintenance * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification in construction or industrial sectors **Conditions** * Permanent contract * Salary: negotiable based on candidate’s experience * Company vehicle for travel to job sites * Stable project with continuous work assignments * Flexible working hours, starting between 8:00 and 9:00, ending between 17:00 and 18:00\. **What We Offer** * Job stability * Variety of projects in residential environments * Good working atmosphere * Opportunity for professional development
