Country Spain Province Leganés \- Madrid Application Deadline 15/06/2026 Category Direct Care, Project Management **NGO Information** Manantial **Rating** (16 ratings) **info** Response rate: 97.71% **info** **Objective** ------------ Your primary role will be to support rehabilitation and socio-labor integration processes for individuals with mental health issues, by developing pre-employment workshops on agroecology and recycling, thereby facilitating the acquisition of work habits, personal competencies, and social skills within a structured, motivating, and capacity- and interest-adapted work environment. * Encourage participation and engagement of service users with the resource, creating a motivating and trusting environment. * Assess work habits, social skills, and professional competencies in work contexts. * Design and implement individualized intervention objectives oriented toward rehabilitation and labor integration. * Plan, organize, and facilitate activities and tasks within the agroecology and recycling workshop. * Adapt tasks and responsibilities to the capacities, needs, and interests of each participant. * Supervise and accompany daily performance, monitoring the progress of each service user. * Strengthen the acquisition of work habits, autonomy, responsibility, and teamwork. * Promote the development of professional roles and competencies necessary for employment access. * Identify capabilities and interests to support tailored integration pathways aligned with each participant’s profile. * Create a practical learning environment oriented toward training for future job performance. * Serve as a reference figure for guidance, accompaniment, and supervision within the workshop. **Profile:** * High school diploma or vocational technical training * Desired: knowledge and experience working with socially excluded groups or individuals with mental health conditions * Desired: knowledge of vocational rehabilitation philosophy * Desired: professional knowledge and work experience in agroecology and recycling * Desired: knowledge of occupational risk prevention. * Desired: valid driver’s license and willingness to drive the organization’s vehicle **Competencies:** Initiative and autonomy, Flexibility, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Creativity, autonomy, group facilitation, Team management, Socio-labor integration, Mental health, Vocational rehabilitation **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** 6 months to 1 year **Salary:** Between 18\.001 and 24\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Other qualifications, certifications, and licenses **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 18/05/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
