




**Why do we need you?** At Placo, we are looking for you to provide the necessary administrative support to factory departments and participate in the administrative control of the plant. In summary, you will be responsible for carrying out some of the main administrative tasks within the factory departments, meaning you'll work in a dynamic environment and interact frequently with colleagues. Specifically: * You will track, monitor, and file all processes generating documentation at the factory. * You will administratively manage orders and receipts in SAP. * You will provide purchasing support to other factory departments. * You will receive goods, control inventory inflows and outflows in raw materials warehouses, and manage stock levels. * You will manage small purchases made directly at the factory. * You will interact directly with suppliers and the central purchasing department. * You will collect and process production-related information via a terminal. * You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of processing data. * You will assist in administrative tasks for the HR department. **Is this job for you?** * 2\-3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in an industrial manufacturing company being highly valued. * It is essential to be agile, autonomous, proactive, and possess strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between departments. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Residing near the workplace will be positively considered. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Vocational training in administration is desirable. * Knowledge of SAP and English (non-essential) will be valued. **A little more about us** MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME—that's why we exist and what drives us.
