You will serve as the primary contact for telephone calls, professionally managing incoming and outgoing communications. You will also be responsible for resolving and following up on any incidents that arise, collaborating with other departments to find swift solutions. Keeping information updated in computer systems will be critical. Organization, attention to detail, and autonomy are highly valued. If you have administrative training and strong proficiency in the Office suite, you may be a good fit for this position. Higher Vocational Training in Administration. Advanced proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Prior experience in similar administrative roles is preferred.
