As a leading company in the insurance sector, we aim to incorporate enthusiastic individuals with strong commercial skills to contribute to our continuous growth. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Making outbound calls to databases provided by the company to acquire new customers * Preparing offers and delivering personalized advice based on identified customer needs * Explaining and promoting the products and services offered * Closing commercial transactions **What we offer:** * A 25-hour weekly employment contract, morning shifts from 09:30 to 14:45, Monday to Friday. This is an on-site position with a permanent, indefinite-term contract. * This position is NOT for temporary campaigns, as we aim to expand and consolidate our professional team. * Initial online training to familiarize you with our products and, most importantly, how to perform your job effectively. * Training on our online platform to obtain the official certified title of “Insurance Intermediary” (homologated certification) required by the General Directorate of Insurance for performing this activity. * Professional development in the insurance sector Requirements **We are looking for:** * Empathy and ability to identify customer needs in order to guide and offer them the best insurance solutions with high added value * Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation * Prior experience in the insurance sector is valued, as well as holding Certificates B and Level 3 in Insurance **Join our team!**
