From Talleres Gámez Sánchez (Official Ford Service) located in Fuenlabrada, we are seeking an experienced and specialized workshop manager to lead and coordinate the bodywork and painting team with discipline, safety, and organization, promoting communication and information sharing among team members. What would be your responsibilities? \- Work distribution. \- Time control (non-manual tasks). \- Optimization of efficiency and productivity. \- Final quality control. \- Monitoring compliance with maintenance plans for equipment and tools. \- Planning and organization by setting priorities. \- Area coordination (Order and Cleanliness). \- Quality checks between process stages. \- Inspection and conducting damage assessments. \- Checking ongoing and completed repairs. \- Material consumption monitoring. \- Ordering materials with delivery notes to spare parts department. \- Inventory management. What requirements must you meet? \- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Workshop Manager. \- Advanced knowledge of bodywork and painting to effectively supervise and evaluate work performed.
