The work involves integration into the manufacturing chain using specialized machinery and hand tools. It is essential to supervise that each part is manufactured according to specified dimensions and established quality standards before proceeding to the next stage or distribution. Daily duties include equipment operation, assembly tasks, material handling, and final finishing processes. Effective coordination with colleagues is critical to meeting the required production pace. Safety is paramount; therefore, hygiene protocols must be strictly followed, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must always be worn in the workplace. This is a temporary, full-time position. The ability to resolve minor issues during the workday and willingness to learn new machinery operation methods are valued. Maintaining an orderly workstation is essential, as it enhances overall process efficiency and avoids unnecessary delays, ensuring a functional environment for the entire operations team. Previous experience in the metal or manufacturing sector, basic knowledge of machinery operation, ability to follow technical instructions, aptitude for teamwork, and availability to work rotating shifts.
