Job Summary: We are seeking an active and methodical warehouse operator to manage logistics operations from receiving to shipping in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Fixed afternoon shift with possibility of covering other shifts This position is located at a logistics company in Getafe. The main responsibilities focus on core warehouse operations, covering everything from goods receipt to dispatch. The role requires an active and methodical individual capable of following established procedures to ensure efficiency and proper product flow within the facility. The work environment is dynamic, and pace may vary depending on workload and season; adaptability and teamwork are essential. Daily tasks include physical handling of goods, such as loading and unloading vehicles, as well as internal movement of pallets and boxes. A significant portion of the work involves preparing orders according to received instructions, ensuring correct products and quantities are staged for shipment. Additionally, goods must be sorted and placed in designated warehouse zones, maintaining order to facilitate subsequent location and management. Manual equipment is used, and depending on qualifications, operation of specific machinery may be required. The scheduled working hours for this position are during the afternoon shift, offering a fixed schedule. The company values flexibility, and there is the possibility of covering other shifts based on operational needs. This role requires a certain degree of autonomy in carrying out assigned tasks, always under supervision and in compliance with the company’s safety and quality protocols. The role is critical to supply chain operations, directly contributing to timely and accurate delivery of products to their final destination. Immediate availability required. Personal vehicle needed for commuting to the workplace. Prior warehouse experience is required. A valid forklift license is considered a plus.
