You will be responsible for carrying out processes related to customer device repairs (RMAs), production board rework, and prototype assembly, following established procedures, to ensure satisfactory customer service levels and guarantee material availability for production and new product development. **Job Requirements** * Medium-level vocational training in electronics. * Knowledge of SMD and THT soldering. * Ability to analyze and interpret electronic schematics. * Prior experience in electronic board repair is desirable. * Prior experience in electronic device assembly production lines is desirable. **Here’s a brief overview of your day-to-day responsibilities...** * Analysis and repair of production electronic boards. * Analysis, repair, and management of RMAs (customer device returns). * Functional testing of repaired products and boards. * Preparation of repair reports. * Prototype assembly based on engineering specifications (Pick\&Place). * Rework of production electronic devices and boards. * Knowledge, application, and improvement of required procedures. * Opening, drafting, and analyzing incidents identified during work activities, to formally report quality-critical issues affecting the value chain. **What are the advantages of working at ZENNIO?** Annual fixed salary between **21\.100**\+ variable.
