The primary responsibility is to accurately record data and maintain constant communication among supply chain departments, always guaranteeing full traceability of items. The daily schedule includes regular use of digital tools to enter orders and update computerized records, ensuring inventory is always available. It is essential to maintain strict order in all outgoing documentation and promptly resolve any incidents that may arise, adapting to fluctuations in workload volume to ensure on-time deliveries. Education in Administration or Logistics. Prior experience in shipment management or a similar administrative role. Proficiency in computer systems and logistics management software. Organizational ability, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
