The candidate will be responsible for the group, for each student’s individual learning pathway, and for evaluating the training process. This includes curriculum planning, development of teaching materials, coordination with company tutors and other trainers, and joint work with the local Acceder team. It also entails administrative management, preparation of follow-up reports and records, and participation in cross-cutting tasks of the organization, incorporating a gender perspective, discrimination detection, and voluntary collaboration in institutional events and activities. **Profile:** A higher education degree is required, preferably in Education or Social Intervention, along with a minimum of one year’s experience in similar positions—especially as a trainer for diverse groups and in employment-oriented training projects targeting vulnerable populations. Digital tool proficiency (Office, Teams, databases, and social media) is required, as well as a Certificate of Absence of Sexual Offences.
