Teamwork in a socio-educational environment Country Spain Province Salamanca - Salamanca Application Deadline 13/02/2026 Category Direct Care **Information about the NGO** Diagrama Foundation **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response rate: 75.78% **info** **Objective** ------------ Among others, this position requires performing the following duties: * Conduct, together with the social worker and psychologist, the assessment of the minor’s family unit. * Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop and implement each minor’s Priority Intervention Objectives Project (POPI), ensuring individualized attention for each assigned child or adolescent (NNA), and fostering an approachable atmosphere with each of them. * Accompany families with a focus on promoting/training in positive treatment, shared parental responsibility, and positive parenting; promoting positive learning methods; and eliminating physical or psychological punishment and violence within the family context—particularly prioritizing families where violence has occurred or is occurring. This intervention continues for as long as the minor remains in the service. * Ensure adequate coverage of all basic needs of accommodated minors—including health, emotional, educational, and leisure/free-time needs. * Create an appropriate developmental environment across all domains within group homes. * Communicate internal rules and operational guidelines, establish necessary boundaries for proper service functioning, and model appropriate behavior. * Convey integrative social norms; assist in channeling impulses, listening actively, and resolving conflicts appropriately in each case. * Support in all daily life activities. * Respond to all emergencies or incidents involving NNAs during one’s shift. **Profile:** **Minimum Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education (preferably), and/or diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related socio-educational field * Proficiency in both intellectual and practical strategies required for the position. * Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. * Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual offense convictions. * Strong motivation for educational work with minors. * High capacity for learning. * Persuasive and influential.
