Currently, we need to expand our Occupational Risk Prevention Department by hiring a Senior Technician with experience in the food industry industrial environment, preferably in the meat sector, to provide support at our plants in Casarrubios del Monte, Fuensalida, and Azuaga. ### **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with prevention services and the mutual insurance company: accompany during visits, provide data, and explain production processes to conduct proper risk assessments. * Plan preventive activities: analyze various corrective measures proposed in the planning and manage defined projects to implement their resolution. * Promote risk prevention at the workplace as well as a preventive culture within the company, conducting awareness campaigns and developing safety procedures and safety data sheets. * Attend and coordinate meetings with the Health and Safety Committee and various departments to implement necessary safety measures to reduce or eliminate potential risks. * Investigate workplace accidents to identify underlying causes and propose corrective actions. * Develop, update, and implement safe work procedures and emergency plans. * Manage the employee medical examination program and conduct workstation adaptation assessments when required. * Carry out coordination of business activities, using the management platform and issuing special permits when required. * Prepare, monitor, and manage employee documentation using the designated IT management platform. * Analyze job-specific occupational risk prevention training needs and promote such training. * Collaborate with competent authorities and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations. ### **Profile:** **Minimum Experience** At least 2 years **Minimum Requirements** * University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) * Official Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology. * Prior experience in industrial environments, especially in the food industry. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Office, etc.) * Desired competencies: planning, organizational and analytical skills, autonomy, adaptability to change, and people orientation. * Willingness to travel occasionally within the autonomous community and nationally. ### **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract (Monday to Friday) * Working hours to be agreed upon with the candidate, bearing in mind that part of them must be scheduled in the afternoon. * Flexible remuneration adapted to your personal needs. * For us, health is a priority; therefore, we cover 50% of medical and dental insurance costs. * Continuous and tailored training. * Discounts at our own stores and other benefits as part of the Bell Food Group.
