Job Summary: We are seeking a home care assistant to provide support in personal care, hygiene, feeding, medication administration, cleaning, and household management, while promoting autonomy and offering emotional support. We are looking for a home care assistant in Ciempozuelos to cover a maternity leave. Main responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene and grooming, as well as helping with getting up, going to bed, dressing, and moving around the home. The role also involves preparing meals and assisting with eating, reminding the person to take prescribed medication. Duties further include cleaning commonly used areas, general tidying, making the bed, and washing, ironing, and folding clothes. Daily shopping and other necessary errands will be carried out, and the assistant will accompany the person on walks, medical appointments, or other errands. Personal autonomy will be encouraged; cognitive activities will be conducted, and emotional support will be provided. This is a part-time position of 21 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Working hours will be split shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Experience in a similar position. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * We seek a responsible and committed individual. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
