Country Spain Province Fuenlabrada \- Madrid Application Deadline 12/04/2026 Category Direct Care **Information about the NGO** Valora Training and Socio-Educational Support Center **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response rate: 43.85% **info** **Objectives** ------------ * Planning and implementation of project activities, both educational and leisure-oriented. * Monitoring and supporting beneficiaries through setting objectives within the work plan, attendance tracking, developing resources and materials for educational reinforcement and leisure activities, as well as continuous evaluation. * Development and monitoring of the individual educational plan and necessary individual documentation: objectives, reports, and records. * Monitoring of minors with their legal guardians: involving families in the educational process. * Participation in team meetings and quarterly educational follow-up meetings, trainings, and gatherings proposed by various roles, organized by Pinardi or partner entities with which we coordinate. * Ongoing reporting to the program coordination team and to the organization’s management. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Employment framework: In accordance with the State Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention. * Expected start date: Immediate. * Duration: Until July 2026, extendable. * Working hours: 17 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, afternoon shift. **Profile:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Diploma or degree related to education or socio-educational care: Primary Education Teaching, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Social Education and/or Educational Psychology. **Competency Profile:** * Ability to organize tasks, define objectives, plan, and systematize work. * Capacity for teamwork. * Dynamism, creativity, proactivity; goal-oriented work. * Problem-solving and proactive capacity. * Motivated attitude. * Commitment to Pinardi’s objectives, mission, vision, and values. * Ability to work autonomously. **Valuable Experience:** * One year of experience in social intervention. **Internal Requirements:** * Commitment to adhere to the Code of Conduct outlined in the Child, Adolescent, and Vulnerable Person Protection System implemented by the Pinardi Federation. * Possession of a Certificate attesting exemption from Sexual Offences. Willingness to renew this certificate annually or as required. * Commitment to comply with the Protocol for Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Harassment Based on Sex, and familiarity with the Equality Plan. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Human maturity: Emotional balance, sensitivity toward social values, positive vocational motivation for this type of work.
