The main mission of the position is to be the primary point of contact between managed service clients and the company, both directly and through provided digital tools. It includes monitoring, operation, and administration of HW infrastructures and associated SW services, for both external clients and the company itself, managing the necessary tools for this, based on the ITIL service management model applied in NOLOGIN company. Main functions to perform: * Registration, classification, and tracking of incidents and events reported by IT monitoring systems deployed at client sites. * First-level diagnosis of incidents and events. * Execution of defined procedures and escalation of events to specific client resolver groups. * Performing medium-complexity IT tasks on systems, previously planned and supervised. * Providing telephone and digital user support: registration, information requests, follow-up. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT monitoring tools at client sites. * Maintenance of inventories and technical documentation. * Preparation of follow-up reports and IT documentation. * On-site support for internal company workstations. * Following company-defined guidelines and procedures when interacting with clients and in operational processes. * Preparing the shift handover sheet and explaining it to the next colleague.
