Geriatric Caregiver – Day Center

Job Summary: Assist users with daily activities and promote their personal, social autonomy and well-being in a day center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion of personal and social autonomy 2. Fostering user well-being and confidence 3. Assistance with essential activities of daily living Staff is required for a day center located in Leganés, Madrid. Duties include assisting users with activities of daily living that they cannot perform independently—such as hygiene, feeding, or mobility—and carrying out tasks that support their personal, social, and environmental autonomy, thereby promoting their well-being and confidence. Temporary substitute contracts are offered with split shifts: approximately from 7:30 to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:30 to 7:00 p.m. Salary follows the applicable collective bargaining agreement, and immediate start is required. * Qualification: Care Assistant (in Nursing, Clinical, Socio-healthcare, or similar field), Technical Nurse Assistant (TCAE), or Professional Certification in Socio-healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Food Handling Certificate. * Minimum 3 months’ relevant experience preferred.
