At Grupo Tav Food, we are looking to hire a Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team. The selected candidate will play a key role in the warehouse’s daily operations, ensuring proper goods management and control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Managing goods loading and unloading, ensuring correct handling and placement. * Preparing and dispatching orders according to sales orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. * Relocating and optimizing pallets within the warehouse. * Monitoring and verifying incoming and outgoing transport movements. * Conducting periodic inventories and stock control. * Maintaining warehouse order and appropriate condition, complying with safety regulations. * Labeling and preparing goods according to established standards. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in similar roles within logistics or warehouse environments. * Experience in order picking using radiofrequency (RF) systems. * Valid forklift operator license. * Regular use of material handling equipment: electric/manual pallet truck, stacker, and reach truck. * Teamwork capability and orientation toward achieving operational goals. * Residence near the workplace and personal vehicle to access the facilities. **Desired Profile:** * Organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented individual in operational settings. * Clear communication and professional attitude when coordinating with colleagues and transporters. * Ability to adapt to varying work paces while maintaining focus on service quality and efficiency. * Commitment, responsibility, and orientation toward order and safety. **What We Offer:** * Job stability and real opportunities for growth within the logistics area. * Initial on-the-job training directly with area supervisors to facilitate integration. * Positive work environment in a dynamic and collaborative setting. * Up-to-date tools and organized processes that support daily performance. * Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. * Parking space available on-site.
