The primary responsibility is to ensure that all daily information flow and logistics documentation are processed accurately and orderly. This includes constant handling of delivery notes, precise updating of databases, and frequent contact with transportation agencies to verify that shipments meet the agreed service standards. This is a full-time temporary contract. The work environment is highly structured and organized, enabling predictable and smooth daily operations. Close attention to detail is essential to keep administrative records up to date. Previous experience in administration, handling of delivery notes, interaction with transportation agencies, proficiency in email communication, and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
