At Elis, the Logistics Assistant plays a fundamental role in supporting the team in daily operations. * Planning, coordination, and monitoring of 20 delivery routes. * Direct management of a team of 28 people, ensuring appropriate shift assignments, vacation coverage, and operational staffing. * Supervision of daily delivery operations. * Coordination and control of transport providers. * Monitoring and control of fleet maintenance: * Periodic vehicle inspections. * MOT tests, tachograph checks, and mandatory documentation, etc. * Route analysis and review. * Preparation and maintenance of staff rosters. * Administrative and logistical control support tasks. * Prior experience managing teams in logistics, transportation, or distribution environments. * Organized, proactive profile with strong planning capabilities. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Valid Class C driving license. * Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus. * Leadership and communication skills.
