End-to-end e-commerce process management At DRA Balear, we are looking to hire a professional for our Palma team to join our Customer Service Department. **PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Basic office software skills * Experience: 6 months in a similar position * Other: Mechanical knowledge is preferred (e.g., recognition and identification of car brands, models, parts, etc.) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Telephone support for individual customers and workshops. * Messaging support for individual customers and workshops. * Assistance to the Sales Manager in customer service. * In-person sales support at the counter for spare parts. * Management of the entire e\-commerce process.
