Teacher Assistant (part-time afternoon position) – Kumon Arroyomolinos\-El Caño **Location:** Calle Marbella, 11, Arroyomolinos (Madrid) At **Kumon Arroyomolinos\-El Caño**, we are seeking a responsible, proactive individual with a passion for education to join our team as a **Teacher Assistant**, starting in **September**. Schedule and working hours * Part-time contract. * Monday to Thursday. * Working hours: **5:00 PM to 8:00 PM**. * Start date: September. Responsibilities * Correct and record students’ completed work. * Receive and accompany students during their study sessions. * Guide each student to complete their work independently, following the Kumon methodology. * Support learning in Mathematics, Reading, and English programs. * Help maintain a positive, organized, and motivating study environment. Requirements * Mathematics knowledge up to high school level. * Good command of English (particularly valued). * Interest in early childhood and primary education. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, and experience interacting with children and families. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to resolve issues. Especially valued * Residency in Arroyomolinos or nearby municipalities. * Prior experience with children, whether in teaching, extracurricular activities, summer camps, academies, or academic support. * Academic background or training in Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Teaching, Philology, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
