Job Summary: We are seeking an operator for the operation and control of a mortar plant, supervising production, performing cleaning and basic maintenance, and ensuring quality control and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and control of mortar plant. 2. Supervision of production process and quality control. 3. Basic preventive maintenance and compliance with safety regulations. Personnel are required to operate and control a mortar plant. Main tasks include material dosing and mixing, as well as continuous supervision of the production process to ensure its proper functioning. The role also involves general facility cleaning and basic preventive maintenance to guarantee machinery operability. Quality control and strict compliance with all safety regulations established in the workplace are essential. Formal training in occupational risk prevention for temporary facilities is required, along with demonstrable prior experience as an operator in mortar plants, concrete plants, or similar industrial facilities, for a minimum duration of twelve months. Training in welding and formwork courses, as well as experience in precast plants, civil works, or industrial environments, will be valued. Immediate availability is a plus.
