Comprehensive quality control and asset management **We are looking for a Technical Team Leader** At **Kitchening Soluciones de Alquiler**, we seek a methodical Technical Team Leader with proven experience in the sector to lead our operations in **Valdemoro (Madrid)**. **What will be your mission?** You will ensure our machinery fleet is always fully operational. You will lead the technical team to guarantee that every unit leaving our facilities meets the quality standards demanded by our customers. **Your key responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and organize the daily work of technicians in the warehouse and during assembly/disassembly services. * **Specialized Maintenance:** Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial kitchen machinery (cooking, refrigeration, washing, and preparation). * **Quality Control:** Conduct thorough technical inspections before each equipment dispatch to ensure service quality. * **Asset and Spare Parts Management:** Technical inventory control and management of purchase orders with suppliers. * **Safety:** Ensure proper use of tools and compliance with safety regulations (PPE). **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate or Advanced Level in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or related fields. * **Technical Experience:** Minimum 3 years in hospitality technical assistance (SAT) or light industrial/electromechanical maintenance. Experience with industrial kitchen equipment is preferred. * **Leadership Ability:** Prior experience leading work teams or coordinating operators. * **Skills:** Planning ability, problem-solving under pressure, and proficiency with computer tools. * **Mobility:** Valid Class B driver's license and availability for occasional travel to installation sites. **What do we offer you?** * **Stability:** Permanent full-time contract. * **Working Hours:** **08:00–15:00, Monday to Friday** (35 fixed hours \+ overtime pool for specific services).
