Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer to support improvement projects, indicator tracking, and documentation at a Bosch factory. Key Highlights: 1. To meet our customers’ high expectations, we continuously improve our processes to achieve optimal results. **Job Description*** Support engineering teams in improvement projects on production lines and in testing. * Monitor daily production indicators: OEE, quality, cycle times. * Support the development/adaptation of line documentation (instruction sheets, defect reports, training matrices, etc.). * Support BPS (Bosch Production Systems) projects: milk-run, quick changeover, standardization. * Participate in VSM/VSD activities. **Requirements*** Technical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering degree. * No prior work experience required, but candidates must be interested in production. * Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel. * Advanced English language skills. * AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** Your future employer offers: Challenges in an international environment \| Development opportunities at one of the world’s top companies \| Flexible working hours \| Medical services \| Company cafeteria \| Public transportation access Success stories don’t happen by chance.
