Currently, we are seeking Shift Supervisors for the maintenance department of an important multinational client in Pinto (Madrid), with experience in the industrial sector and automatic machinery, to work on a 6/4 fifth shift. We aim to hire several individuals who will support the needs of the Maintenance Department, ensuring compliance with safety rules and policies, guaranteeing that scheduled preventive maintenance is carried out timely and correctly, and providing high levels of availability for production equipment through continuous improvement. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide service ensuring production equipment operates optimally * Maximize availability of all plant equipment * Execute Preventive Maintenance Plans (PMP) * Detect and record technical anomalies * Repair and maintain equipment * Perform modifications and installations when necessary * Provide technical support and assistance for new projects and initiatives * Continuous training in technologies, processes, and quality. **Desired competencies:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and Robotics, or similar. Technical education in mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, or related field * Solid knowledge in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings.
