Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise rental park operations, ensuring preparation, maintenance, and delivery of prefabricated modules, while managing the operational team and warehouse. Agile resolution of unforeseen issues with autonomy and decision-making. **Position Mission** Coordinate and supervise rental park operations, guaranteeing proper preparation, maintenance, and delivery of prefabricated modules, as well as efficient management of the operational team and warehouse. **Main Responsibilities** · Planning and task assignment to operational staff (assemblers, technical service personnel, drivers). · Verification of daily work reports and overtime control. · Supervision of module assembly and installation at the park (metal structures, sandwich panels, metal and PVC carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, split-type air conditioning, flooring and paving…). · Control of maintenance, repair, and adaptation of modular spaces for rental. · Management of materials and tools warehouse: incoming/outgoing goods, inventory, organization, and cleanliness. · Supervision of proper waste management on-site. · Monitoring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety measures: use of PPE, accident reports, risk assessments. **Competencies** **Description** **Operational Leadership** Ability to lead teams in demanding and dynamic environments. **Stress Resistance** Mental resilience to manage workload peaks and delivery-related pressure. **Organization and Planning** Effective management of tasks, time, and priorities. **Assertive Communication** Ability to mediate between middle management and operatives, preventing conflicts. **Autonomy and Decision-Making** Agile resolution of unforeseen issues without losing operational focus. **Commitment and Professionalism** Responsible, stable, and results-oriented attitude. **Technical Knowledge** Proficiency in assembly, maintenance, and logistics processes for prefabricated modules. · Minimum 2 years as Rental Park Manager. · Or 4 years as Team Leader or Assembly Supervisor. · Or 7 years as Assembler in the sector. · Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (20h or 60h depending on position). · RITE and fluorinated gases certifications. · Vocational Training (FP) in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or rehabilitation. · Professional Certification in Masonry (EOCB0108\). · Construction Professional Card (TPC). · Tower Crane Operator License. · Training courses in working at height, PPE, welding, or metal structure assembly. **Working Hours**: · Monday to Friday schedule · Start time: 08:00 · Morning break: 10:30 – 11:00 · Lunch break: 14:00 – 15:00 · End of shift: 17:30 · Intensive schedule from 30/06 to 31/08: 07:00\-15:00 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €30\.000,00\-€36\.000,00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
