




Job Summary: Provide daily care to patients at their homes, in clinics, or via telephone to deliver various services, ensuring personalized and specialized attention according to Air Liquide Group procedures. In addition, we have a large team of experts and professionals who have an in\-depth knowledge of our customers' needs. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** Daily attention to patients at their homes, in clinics, or via telephone to deliver various services—including discharge, equipment review, incident resolution, and equipment removal—ensuring personalized and specialized attention, informing patients and their families, and verifying their understanding of the information provided, in accordance with Air Liquide Group procedures. Guarantee that healthcare processes are carried out following the company’s quality standards and applying both current legislation and internal regulations to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery. Serve as a technical and clinical reference for Technical and Healthcare Staff. Act as an expert clinical liaison for local prescribers to provide differentiated clinical, commercial, and support services within the delegation. Coordinate healthcare projects and manage care for complex patients eligible for any TRD. * Contact the patient or their family. * Describe and instruct the patient/family/caregivers on the prescribed therapy, the equipment and consumable accessories to be used, as well as related safety, hygiene, and maintenance aspects. * Provide the patient and their family with educational, audiovisual, digital, and/or printed materials regarding their therapy, equipment, and other installed materials, ensuring the patient’s and/or caregiver’s full understanding. * Provide daily attention to patients at their homes to deliver various services—including discharge, incident management, equipment review, and equipment removal—ensuring personalized and specialized attention according to Air Liquide Group’s detailed operational protocols for each activity, which are mandatory. * Report therapeutic compliance, detected anomalies, equipment removals, and malfunctions to the respective responsible person (Healthcare Manager, Operations Manager, Administrative Staff). * Comply with rules governing the use of work tools. * Follow current work procedures. * Use equipment and systems associated with the position to execute and coordinate tasks. * Serve as the reference point for patient-facing staff for resolving clinical and technical queries. * Monitor home-based care delivery in accordance with company-established healthcare procedures and instructions. * Monitor and manage care for critical or fragile patients (training, ERP identification, stock requirements, etc.). * Accompany staff to patients’ homes, following instructions from the Regional Healthcare Manager. * Identify and report incidents occurring with patients. * Provide technical and clinical support to prescribers in the assigned area, together with the Healthcare Manager / Delegation Director / Commercial Manager, to inform and train them on new therapies, services, and treatment follow-up, adherence, or incidents with the prescribing physician. * Manage special care plans for highly complex patients, including home- and/or clinic-based care whenever necessary, in accordance with protocols established within the Air Liquide Group. * Comply with and promote compliance with safety, quality, and IMS policies and regulations in healthcare activities. * Comply with and promote compliance with rules governing the use of work tools. * Execute and supervise healthcare projects, attend conferences, and engage in scientific activities. * Perform analysis of polygraphy records and issue test result reports, if holding certification accredited by FESMES. **Are you a MATCH?** * Skills and proficiency in using equipment and consumables for each TRD. * Safety, hygiene, and disinfection in TRDs. * Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Office and PDAs). * Specific procedures for each therapy related to the job role. * Communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with various professionals involved in patient treatment. * Commitment to internal/external customers. * Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., PDAs). * Valid Class B driving license. **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
