We are seeking an Application Support Technician to join the IS department at a leading automotive company located in Fuenlabrada. Main responsibilities include monitoring, supervising, and resolving functional and technical issues that may arise in applications. Incident tracking and management, as well as collaboration with external vendors, are also required. Additionally, the role involves supporting the daily operation of local manufacturing tools by generating production, quality, and maintenance reports. Technical assistance and user support will be provided for the use of IT and IS systems, implementing new group standards related to MES and other initiatives. Support will be given to key users on logistics topics, Barflow, and EDI, ensuring hardware availability, installation, and maintenance, as well as applying security standards. **Minimum Requirements:** * At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Experience in application support. * Experience in application development management, knowledge of programming languages. * Advanced level of English.
