Position Summary: Life Gourmet is seeking a Management Control Manager to perform analysis and management control across all operational centers of the group. Key Points: 1. Responsible for the analysis and management control of operational centers. 2. Collaborates in updating and improving administrative processes. 3. Prepares annual budgets and monthly reporting. DESCRIPTION Life Gourmet, the largest catering operator in the Community of Madrid and a leading company in the catering and event management sector, a market leader in its segment, is recruiting for incorporation into the Group: **Management Control Manager of the Group** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for the analysis and management control of all operational centers of the group, including performance analysis with managers of each center/business line. * Prepares annual budgets for all activities and companies within the group, as well as monthly reporting for each entity, including comparative analysis between BGT and A\-1\. * Actively collaborates in updating and improving administrative and management processes to enhance quality and speed of monthly management reporting. Will propose establishment and monitoring of relevant KPIs for optimal control and monitoring of activities. * Responsible for preparing management accounting closings for Business Intelligence reporting. **Workplace**: Calle Fundidores 47\. Getafe **Working Hours:** Start time between 8\.30 and 9\.30, end time between 17\.30 and 18\.30\. Free lunch provided. **Salary:** Between 35\.000 \- 40\.000 Euros gross annual salary \+ targets (approx. 15%). We seek a professional with 3 years’ experience in similar roles within corporate groups with annual revenues exceeding 40 M Euros or as a Senior Auditor in audit firms. Additionally, experience in preparing consolidated financial results and financial statements is required. REQUIREMENTS * 5 years’ experience in financial control and analysis. * Residence preferably near Getafe.
