We are currently seeking a **PMA Engineer** to join one of our aerospace projects under a defense program. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing, updating, and maintaining the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMA) for two aircraft, acting as the focal point for one of them. The role requires ensuring full alignment with applicable standards, technical documentation, and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include coordination with PMA, RMT, and LSA teams; review and management of technical documentation; and active participation in internal and customer meetings. This position offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment within a high-profile aerospace defense program. **Responsibilities**: * Review tasks against S4000P standard and MIL\-STD 1388\. * Review Data Modules against the LSA database. * Perform FMECA analysis to identify failure modes, effects, and criticality. * Define aircraft maintenance tasks based on supplier/customer/engineering documentation and metrics. * Participate in customer meetings to resolve conflicts regarding implementation of changes in the LSA database. * Report completed tasks for deliverable control with the customer. * Estimate workload. * Document tasks and processes. **What You Bring:** * Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field (recent graduates also welcome). * Ability to collaborate on PMA and Technical Publications activities depending on workload. * Willingness to support internal projects, such as safety tasks or new ILS activities. * Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. * Motivation to grow within a technically oriented defense-sector environment. **What We Offer:** * Flexible working hours to facilitate work-life balance. * Competitive compensation package. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * A collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
