Description

Tasks include performing maintenance work for premises and buildings, such as basic repairs, inspection of installations, and resolution of daily malfunctions. We seek a candidate with experience in conservation and upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces, capable of working autonomously and paying attention to detail. The position offers a temporary full-time contract and an annual gross salary ranging from 20\.000 to 25\.000 euros. Candidates must possess basic tools and practical knowledge in plumbing, electricity, or light carpentry. The selected person will be responsible for maintaining common areas in good condition, ensuring a safe and functional environment. Organizational skills and responsibility in daily work will be valued.
