Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff for an elderly care residence in Parla, Madrid, with emphasis on resident care and respect, as well as facility hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the hygiene of all facilities without disturbing residents. 2. Report incidents to the supervisor. 3. Demonstrate sensitivity and respect toward elderly residents. We are looking for cleaning personnel for an elderly care residence in Parla (Madrid). Main tasks include maintaining hygiene across all facilities: cleaning dining areas, offices, bedrooms, and common areas; changing bed linens; cleaning bathrooms; cleaning windows and furniture—with special attention to using appropriate materials for their preservation. It is essential to carry out work without disturbing residents. Additionally, any incidents or anomalies must be reported to the supervisor. Prior experience in cleaning or in the sociosanitary sector is valued. Working hours are organized into shifts from Monday to Sunday, including rest days. Sensitivity and respect toward elderly residents are required, along with compliance with disinfection protocols and adherence to best practices to ensure a dignified, safe, and comfortable environment. Previous experience in cleaning positions is required. Experience in the sociosanitary sector is especially valued. Holding a disability certificate or belonging to vulnerable groups is considered a positive factor.
