If you are looking for a dynamic environment where every day is an opportunity to innovate and create a better world, the Saica Group is the place for you! **Position:** Industrial Facilities Manager Madrid **Job Description:** **Objective**: Ensure that production equipment and facilities at the Madrid plant (San Martín de la Vega, Villaverde, and Torrejón de Ardoz) operate under optimal conditions of safety, reliability, and efficiency. Serve as the technical reference for developing both internal projects and projects at customer facilities, ensuring effective management of costs, timelines, and resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define, plan, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of owned equipment and equipment installed at customer sites. * Manage technical and legal documentation for machinery, ensuring compliance with mandatory inspections. * Ensure proper operation of machinery upgrade programs (Renewal Plan). * Prepare and maintain facility layout drawings. * Guarantee the condition and functionality of fire protection systems and other safety elements. * Manage suppliers and subcontractors: contact, identification of alternatives, and continuous improvement. * Monitor KPIs. * Administer the department’s budget, including technical and economic preparation of investment proposals. * Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Commercial, and the Competence Center to identify improvements and needs. * Lead and coordinate the assigned team. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures across all operations. **Location:** * Position based in San Martín de la Vega. * Management of facilities in San Martín de la Vega, Villaverde, and Torrejón de Ardoz. * Availability for travel to all three centers and customer facilities. **Requirements:** * Technical Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience in a similar role within industrial environments and facility management. * Personal vehicle. * Experience in the waste management sector is desirable. **Work Experience:** Equipment Maintenance **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree: Electrical Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering **Work Experience:** Equipment Maintenance **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree: Electrical Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering **Employee Type:** Regular **Why Choose Us?** By joining the Saica Group, you choose more than a job—you choose a purpose-driven career aligned with your values.
