Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial maintenance professional for an industrial laundry, responsible for organizing and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities. Work order management and quality control **Description:** ---------------- We require an industrial maintenance professional for an industrial laundry located in the province of Tarragona. Together with the maintenance team, this person will be responsible for organizing and executing various preventive or corrective maintenance tasks across different workstations, vehicles, general equipment, and tools, as well as overseeing general facility and equipment maintenance and safety. Daily responsibilities include: * Implementing the maintenance plan for facilities and equipment * Executing work orders * Conducting daily inspections at various control points * Monitoring inspections of general equipment, such as fire protection systems * Maintaining workshop order and cleanliness * Ensuring service quality and compliance with procedures. Periodic tasks: * Preparing work sheets * Performing required inspections according to current legal requirements applicable to facilities and owned vehicles * Managing and fulfilling various production supervisors’ requests based on urgency Offered: Permanent contract Intensive rotating shift schedule (morning and afternoon shifts) with two days off per week Salary: €25,000 annually, negotiable depending on qualifications **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (GM) in Electricity and/or Industrial Mechanics * Intermediate level of English to read machine manuals and schematics * Knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, and plumbing * Experience interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings * Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position * Committed individual, adaptable and capable of working under pressure
